We have Clean Room (1,000 class) for manufacturing equipment appropriate for Semi-Conductor & LCD manufacturing environment; area is 400㎡, and height is 7.2m. After manufacturing / Before shipping out, we run a trial of the finished equipment with DIW of 18Mῼ.
